With no stock to maintain, we pride ourselves on providing unbiased and genuine advice on each stone.

Upon submitting your request, one of our team members will reach out to gather more details. We will then schedule a meeting via Zoom or in person with our designer to present two ring design options. After you select your preferred design and discuss the diamond size, we will provide an approximate quotation. Once approved, a 50% deposit secures your order. We will then develop and refine the design according to your preferences.

The next step involves selecting your center diamond. We will present you with a curated selection of diamonds, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your vision. Finally, we move on to production. Throughout this phase, we will provide daily updates on the progress until completion.

The remaining 50% payment is due upon collection or prior to shipping. Our bespoke rings typically require 10-14 days to complete, though we can expedite the process for urgent needs. Deposits can be conveniently paid online or via bank transfer
