Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges after the ring is made.
  • However, we provide a backup ring option: if your fiancée doesn't fall in love with the ring, you can customize a new one. Choose a new design priced at least 50% higher than the original and we will deduct the cost of the previous ring from your new project.

Process:

  • For cancellations, contact our customer service team at hello@myringtailor.com to initiate the process.
  • For the backup ring option, contact us within 14 days of receiving the original ring to discuss customization.

Exceptions:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted once the ring has been made, except for the backup ring option as outlined above.
